1. Image Usage Rights

1.1 Personal Use

The client may use the purchased photographs exclusively for personal purposes, including:

  • Printing and displaying them in personal albums or frames.
  • Posting them on personal (non-commercial) social media accounts, provided the photographer is credited.

1.2 Commercial Use

  • The commercial use of photographs, such as advertising, brand promotion, product, or service marketing, is strictly prohibited without the appropriate commercial license granted by the photographer.
  • For commercial use, a separate license must be obtained, and the client must inform the photographer in advance about the intended purpose.
  • Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:
  • Publications on corporate websites or e-commerce platforms.
  • Use in advertising campaigns (digital or print).
  • Sale of products or materials incorporating the images.


2. Intellectual Property

  • All photographs are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of the photographer.
  • Purchasing the photographs does not transfer copyright ownership to the client.



3. Sanctions and Violations

3.1 Improper Use

  • Any use of the photographs that does not comply with the terms above will be considered a copyright violation.

3.2 Content Removal

  • The photographer reserves the right to demand the removal of any photograph used without authorization on online platforms, publications, or other media.


4. General Terms

  • Any questions or requests regarding usage rights must be addressed directly to the photographer before the photographs are used.
